Blade Manufacturing

We currently manufacture a range of blades using glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene (Twintex) thermoplastic and epoxy resins.

  • 13-meter blades for the Vestas V27 machine
  • 14-meter wind-turbine blades for a derivative of the 225kW Vestas V29 wind turbine.
  • 3kW, 6kW and 15kW blades for SDWind turbines.

These blades are exceptionally tough and lightweight, offering quiet and durable electricity production from wind, and can be recycled due to the use of thermoplastic materials.
