ÉireComposites provide design, tooling, manufacturing and testing services to the international aviation industry. We have the capability to manufacture parts up to 6m in length and we have had parts flying on commercial aircrafts since 2008.

Aviation Production

Specialising in a diverse range of aircraft projects, we manufacture a range of parts including:

Elevator and rudder skins, spars, ribs, and access panels for the Bombardier Global 5000/6000 business jet series
Blocker doors for the Pratt and Whitney PW1000G engine nacelle.
Access panels and strakes for the V2500 engine, along with composite components for the Airbus A220 aircraft.
Auxiliary spar angles and floor panels for the Airbus A220-100 and A220-300
Development and production of composite assemblies for the A400M.

Accreditations

We have multiple customer process approvals in place from Spirit Belfast, Airbus Canada and Bombardier, as well as globally-recognised accreditations including:

NADCAP AC7118 – Composites.
NADCAP AC7114 – Non-Destructive Testing.
AS 9100 – Design, development and manufacture of advanced composite components for the aerospace, space and other industries.

Testing

Additionally, we have a fully accredited onsite test lab, the CTL Testing Lab, where we offer a comprehensive range of services including:

Autoclave manufacturing of thermosets
Resin transfer moulding of thermosets
C-scan and non-destructive testing.

Our capabilities extend to trimming, drilling, machining, and bonding assembly, as well as priming, painting, and finishing. We also specialise in the press-forming of thermoplastic composites, ensuring high-quality production and precision for all our components.
